DACA Fully Reinstated

On December 4, 2020, a Federal court ordered the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to fully reinstate the DACA program. The order is effective immediately. DHS must now accept new, initial DACA applications; provide work permits with a validity period of two years; and permit DACA recipients to apply for Advance Parole.
